Our prices are flexible and based on either the job (Fixed Cost) or on a per hour basis. Our goal is to help you remain profitable. Therefore, we will not take on an assignment if we think it will not benefit you.

 

We do not "churn" accounts. Our commercial appraisal services begin at around $2,000 while our hourly rates begin at $125.00 with no minimiums.
